We're very sorry this happened! We do our best to engineer our products to prevent breakage through design, however it can still happen. The most common cause of a Hook breaking is exceeding the suggested maximum weight.
The most common reason the Dock could break is either exceeding item weight, or dropping it from extreme heights. Here are a couple of things you can do to help prevent that from happening:

If your product was damaged or broken outside of that 30-day window we will do our best to make it right for you. The last thing we want is for a customer to have a bad experience and have to climb a ladder again!

The HangItUpEZ Guide and Hooks are all 3D-Printed in PETG. PETG is a durable plastic filament, and we use one that i made inn the USA. Our products are then 3D-Printed right here in the USA as well! We have hooks in an oak tree that have been through Michigan weather for over a year, and they still look and function like new!

Our products typically leave the warehouse 2-3 days after the order is processed. Holidays and peak seasonal times may alter this on occasion.
Yes, all orders will have a shipping code attached to them which will be sent to the email on the order. Check your junk and spam filters if you do not receive the email.

We no longer accept exchanges. We are a small company and want to provide the fastest service possible. Unless you were shipping the wrong product in error, the order must be returned through our returns portal.

Once your return has been received and processed, you will be notified via email when the refund has been issued.
Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
If your return is due to an unsatisfactory experience, the return shipping cost will be covered by us. However, if the reason for your return is due to an ordering error or a change of heart we expect the customer to ship the product back to us at their expense.
However, when the refund is issued you will get the full amount refunded to your original form of payment, including any shipping charges you may have incurred on the order.
